We are happy to have you visit Eau So Small Fragrances. Following are the terms and service that govern your use of our website and services. This includes the purchasing of full sized fragrances, Fragrance decants, soaps, lotions and all products in our online store. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree with any of these terms in any part, please exit our website and do not use our services.

1.A - Eligibility

To use our site, or make a purchase you must be at least 18 years of age. If you are using our services, you are confirming that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract under all applicable law.

1.B - Compliance with Laws

All products sold by Eau So Small Fragrances are in accordance with United States and Texas Law. By purchasing from us, you are agreeing to comply with all local, state and federal regulations regarding the purchase, possession and use of fragrance products, soaps, lotions and beauty products.

1.C - Business Purpose:

Eau So Small Fragrances is a reseller of Fragrances and provides decants and samples. This is done by transferring fragrance liquids from the original retail packaging, into smaller containers for the purpose of offering smaller quantities to consumers. Eau So Small Fragrances also offers homemade soaps, lotions, car fragrances and beauty products that are scented with popular designer and niche scents.

2.A - Original Products:

We guarantee that all fragrance decants and full size bottles are 100% authentic liquid. They are purchased from authorized retailers and distributors. All materials used for beauty product purposes, are sourced from reputable retailers and manufacturers that follow all regulations to ensure quality materials that are safe for human use.

2.B - Decants:

Our decants are prepared in a quality controlled environment. We carefully remove the liquid from the original bottles, and place it into a smaller bottle. Each decant is sold in good faith, and customers understand that they are purchasing a smaller portion of the original fragrance in a smaller and new container.

2.C - Representation of Products:

We will always do our best to give accurate product descriptions and images. However, the appearance of products may vary slightly from the images on the website due to differences in packaging or the decanting product. In beauty products, colors may vary differently from item to item due to the process of mixing inconsistencies. This does not impact the performance or usage of the products.We are not responsible for these minor discrepancies in the packaging appearance or style.

3.A - Accepting Orders:
All orders that are placed through our website are subject to acceptance by Eau So Small Fragrances. We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order, for any reason, including errors in pricing or product availability.

3.B - Payment Terms:
All payments will be made at the time of order placement. Methods of payment are listed on the website. Prices are subject to change without notice, and you agree to pay the listed price at the time of purchase.

3.C - Shipping and Delivery:
We ship products within the continental United States only, and all orders will be processed and shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy. You agree to provide accurate shipping information and bear all responsibility for any inaccuracies that result in delayed or failed deliveries.

4.A - Return Policy:
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on any opened or used products, including decants/samples. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order for resolution. Package/shipping insurance is your responsibility to choose during checkout.

4.B - Refunds:
Refunds are only issued in the case of damaged products or incorrect orders due to our negligence and must be approved by our customer service team. Any approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 1-3 business days after the decision has been made.

5.A - Ownership of Content:
All of the content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of Eau So Small Fragrances and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without our explicit written permission.

6.A - Product Use:
All products are sold on an "as is" basis, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome or benefit from the use of our fragrances. Fragrances can cause allergic reactions in some individuals; and you are using at your own risk and discretion.

6.2B - Limitation of Liability:
Eau So Small Fragrances shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of our products, including but not limited to personal injury, allergic reactions, or any other issue occurring from product usage. Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

7.A - Data Collection:
We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8.A - Changes to Terms:
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9.A - Jurisdiction:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any legal disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ellis County, Texas.
